When a customer submits a service request through the website, Naipunya may share request details with relevant workers in order to connect them with the customer. Workers may contact the customer to discuss work and provide estimates.
For larger projects such as full house painting, complete carpentry work or custom wood carving, workers may visit the site to inspect the work and provide a final estimate.
Workers who apply to join the platform must provide accurate information about their skills and experience. Naipunya reserves the right to approve, reject or remove worker profiles at its discretion.
Users must not submit false service requests, spam or misuse the platform. Naipunya reserves the right to restrict access if the platform is misused.
Naipunya acts only as a connecting platform between customers and workers. We are not responsible for disputes, work quality, delays, damages or agreements made between the customer and worker.
